Most of us have seen and/or tried every blister remedy in the book, from moleskins to masking tape – (okay, masking tape is a stretch, but…) Nevertheless, the best treatment is to never let them form. Hike Hacker offers up some sage advice on how to keep your feet happy on those long hikes.

    I might add that Band-Aid brand puts out blister pads. They’re great preventative aids that work if you have an area that feels like it could become a blister. Nice comfortable, thin, gel-pad covering. I’ve used them numerous times with success.

    And they pack light-n-small.
